INTERNATIONAL WHOLESALE ORDERS WILL BE BILLED EXACT SHIPPING COSTS
All orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, retail orders through United States Postal Services(PRIORITY MAIL) and Wholesale orders through FED-EX or UPS Ground.
RETURN POLICY:
BeyondBeautyOnline will authorize returns on products that have not been opened or used. IF the product does not meet the aforementioned condition, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. THERE WILL BE A 50% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL RETURNED PACKAGES (THIS INCLUDES UNOPENED BOXES).Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to BeyondBeautyOnline on returned items, and Customers will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the boxes.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items; Customers will pay for shipping method on replacement or exchange item(s).
BeyondBeautyOnline strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to BeyondBeautyOnline within 30 days from the invoice date, at BeyondBeautyOnline's discretion for: credit, replacement or exchange.
